For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Site" means the review and informational website operated at twoup-au.com, including all subpages and content referring to Two Up.

- "Two Up" or "Brand" means the online gambling brand reviewed or described on this Site and associated with twoup-au.com.
- "User", "you" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses, browses, or uses the Site or follows links from the Site to third-party services.
- "Account" means a user account you may create on the Site (if and when such functionality is available) to receive newsletters, personalised content, or other informational services. It does not mean an account with any gambling operator.
- "Bet" and "Wager" mean any stake of money or money's worth you place with a third-party gambling operator. No bets or wagers can be placed on or through this Site.
- "Bonus" means any promotional offer, including free spins, matched deposits, or similar incentives, made available by a third-party gambling operator and which may be described or reviewed on the Site.

- "Third-Party Operator" means any external online casino or gambling website, including without limitation any operator associated with Curacao licence number 365/JAZ and Blue Media N.V., which may be mentioned, reviewed, or linked from the Site.
- "Interactive Gambling Act" or "IGA" means the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) of Australia, as amended from time to time.
Regulatory Note: The Site is an information and review resource only. It does not hold an Australian gambling licence and does not itself provide gambling services, accept deposits, or process withdrawals.
Account Registration
The Site may offer or in future offer optional Account functionality (for example, newsletters, favourites, or comment features). If you choose to create an Account on twoup-au.com, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and any Account functionality. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Australian law awareness: If you are in Australia, you acknowledge that many forms of online casino gambling offered by offshore operators are prohibited under the IGA and that accessing such services may be unlawful. The Site does not authorise or encourage any unlawful use.
Account Creation Process
- Registration: You may be asked to provide a valid email address, a username, and a password. You must only provide your own email address and must ensure it remains accessible to you.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link before activating your Account.
- KYC / identity checks: The Site normally does not perform KYC for simple informational accounts. However, if specific features require identity verification (for example, preventing abuse or complying with applicable law), you may be asked to provide documents such as:
- Government-issued photo ID, and/or
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or
- Additional documentation reasonably requested to verify your identity or age.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account if information is false, misleading, or incomplete.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must:
- Keep your password confidential;
- Use a strong, unique password; and
- Notify the Operator promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Single user account: You must not share your Account with others, create multiple Accounts to bypass any restriction, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with:
- These Terms;
- Any additional rules notified on particular parts of the Site; and
- All applicable laws of your jurisdiction, including Australian law if you are located in Australia.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Site does not accept bets, does not host gambling, and does not handle player funds. Any betting or gameplay described on the Site relates to Third-Party Operators. Information on this Site is provided for educational and comparative purposes only.
Third-Party Betting and Wagers
- No operational control: The Operator has no control over:
- Minimum or maximum bet limits;
- Types of bets and games available; or
- Rules of individual games or promotions at any Third-Party Operator, including any operator associated with Curacao licence 365/JAZ or Blue Media N.V.
- Local law responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether it is lawful for you to place bets online or participate in gambling in your jurisdiction. In Australia, most unlicensed offshore casino services are prohibited under the IGA, and you should not use them if doing so would be unlawful.
- Review accuracy: While the Site attempts to keep information about bet limits, game rules and payout structures up to date, such information is subject to change by Third-Party Operators at any time. You must always check the current rules directly on the relevant operator's website.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats (Third-Party)
- Third-party environments: If you participate in live casino sessions, chats, or forums operated by Third-Party Operators mentioned on the Site, you must follow their respective terms, rules of conduct, and community guidelines.
- Prohibited conduct: Without limiting any third-party rules, you must not engage in:
- Insults, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination;
- Fraud, collusion, or use of bots/automated tools in gameplay;
- Threats, defamation, or disclosure of others' personal data; or
- Any conduct that could be unlawful or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No liability for third-party conduct: The Operator is not responsible for the behaviour of players, dealers, or staff at any Third-Party Operator, nor for moderation of their chats or games.
Information-Only Nature of Rules
Any descriptions of betting strategies, game rules, or "how to play" content on Two Up are informational only and are not:
- Financial, legal, or gambling advice; or
- A guarantee of outcome, fairness, or availability of any particular game.
Bonus Terms
The Site may refer to, list, compare, or review bonuses, promotions, and offers available at Third-Party Operators, including offers associated with the Two Up brand. The Site does not create, manage, or control these bonuses, and does not grant bonuses itself.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Third-party terms prevail: All bonus activation conditions, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions are determined solely by the Third-Party Operator. You must read and agree to the bonus terms on the operator's own website before accepting any offer.
- Typical conditions (for information only): Bonuses described on the Site may include:
- Minimum deposit thresholds;
- Wagering multipliers (for example, 30x bonus + deposit);
- Time limits (for example, 7 - 30 days to complete wagering); and
- Maximum bet sizes while wagering bonus funds. These examples are illustrative only and may not reflect current conditions at any given operator.
- Currency and jurisdiction: Availability and terms of bonuses may vary depending on your country, payment method, and legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction. In Australia, offshore casino bonuses may be associated with services prohibited under the IGA.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Many Third-Party Operators exclude certain games or categories (for example, some slots, table games, jackpots, or live dealer games) from contributing to wagering requirements, or count them at a reduced rate.
- Prohibited play: Operators frequently prohibit practices such as:
- Low-risk or hedging betting patterns;
- Use of multiple accounts or identities;
- Abuse of software glitches or bonus features; and
- Collusion with other players. Breach of such terms can lead to bonus confiscation or account closure, which the Operator of this Site cannot prevent or reverse.
Combining Promotions
- Non-cumulative offers: Some promotions cannot be combined with others, and you may be allowed to have only one active bonus at a time.
- Priority of operator terms: Any information on the Site about stacking or combining offers is subject to the latest terms of the relevant Third-Party Operator. In case of discrepancy, the operator's terms control.
- No guarantee of availability: Bonus offers described on Two Up may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn by the Third-Party Operator without notice to the Site. The Operator is not liable for unavailable or altered promotions.
Payments & Withdrawals
The Site does not process deposits, bets, or withdrawals and does not hold player funds. Any references to payment methods (for example, cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, Neosurf, or crypto) relate to Third-Party Operators reviewed on the Site, including offshore operators such as those registered in Curacao with licence 365/JAZ.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
- Third-party control: Payment options, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers (such as Neosurf), and cryptocurrencies, are entirely administered by the relevant Third-Party Operator and its payment providers.
- Jurisdictional limitations: Availability of methods may be restricted by your location, banking provider, and applicable laws. Australians should note that using offshore gambling sites may breach the IGA or other regulations, and banks or payment providers may block such transactions.
- Information accuracy: Payment information on the Site is provided for comparison purposes and may not reflect current conditions. You must check the current payment terms on the operator's own website.
Limits, Fees, and Processing Times
- Limits: Deposit and withdrawal minimums and maximums, as well as daily, weekly, or monthly payout caps, are set by the Third-Party Operator and may vary by method and jurisdiction.
- Fees: Operators or payment processors may charge:
- Deposit or withdrawal fees;
- Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees; and
- Network or blockchain fees for crypto transactions. The Site does not control, charge, or receive any of these fees.
- Processing times: Payout speeds depend on operator verification processes, anti-money laundering checks, and payment provider rules. Any timeframes mentioned on Two Up are estimates only.
Refunding Bets, Deposits, and Bonuses
- No involvement in funds: The Operator of this Site cannot:
- Cancel or refund bets or deposits;
- Reverse transactions; or
- Release or unlock withdrawals or bonuses.
- Refund policies: Any refund or reversal is governed solely by the relevant Third-Party Operator's terms and by your financial institution's rules. You must contact them directly for assistance.
- Disputed payments: In case of disputes regarding deposits, withdrawals, or bonus-related funds, you must follow the dispute process set by the Third-Party Operator and, where applicable, by its regulator (for example, Curacao eGaming for a claimed 365/JAZ licence). Player protection and dispute mechanisms in such offshore jurisdictions are limited and may not meet Australian consumer expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where applicable, the following limitations and exclusions apply to your use of the Site and any reliance on its content.
Operator's Obligations
- Information and fairness: The Operator will take reasonable steps to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and unbiased reviews and information about Third-Party Operators, including those registered in Curacao under claimed licence 365/JAZ;
- Present Content honestly and clearly; and
- Correct material inaccuracies that are brought to its attention in a timely manner.
- No gambling service: The Operator does not:
- Provide gambling services;
- Determine bet outcomes or game fairness; or
- Hold or manage player balances. All outcomes, RNG fairness, and game results are determined by Third-Party Operators and their technical systems.
Exclusions of Liability
- No liability for offshore illegality: The Site reviews and describes services that may be provided by offshore operators, including Blue Media N.V. under a claimed Curacao licence 365/JAZ, which are not licensed in Australia and may be operating contrary to the IGA. The Operator disclaims any responsibility for:
- Your decision to access or use such services; and
- Any legal consequences of doing so in your jurisdiction.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:
- Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Site due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure;
- Data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access caused by third parties; or
- Errors or omissions in Content, including outdated bonus details, payment methods, or licensing data.
- Third-party actions: The Operator is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of any Third-Party Operator;
- Decisions regarding account verification, bonus granting or confiscation, voiding of bets, or payment of winnings; or
- Any disputes between you and a Third-Party Operator or payment provider.
Maximum Compensation
- Limitation of damages: To the extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site, these Terms, or your use of Content (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) shall be limited to:
- the greater of AUD 50; or
- the amount (if any) you have paid directly to the Operator for chargeable services on the Site during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Exclusion of indirect loss: The Operator will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or opportunity;
- Indirect, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; or
- Losses arising from your gambling activities or from reliance on third-party information.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law, where they apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its Content are owned by or licensed to the Operator.
Ownership
- Content and software: All text (including reviews of Two Up and other brands), graphics, layouts, compilations, software, source code, and object code used on the Site are protected by copyright, database rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
- Trademarks: All trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand names (including "Two Up" when referenced) that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such marks is for identification and review purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation except as expressly stated.
Permitted Use
- Personal use: You may:
- Access and view the Site;
- Print or download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use; and
- Share links to the Site, provided you do so fairly and lawfully.
Prohibited Use
- No copying or distribution: Without the Operator's prior written consent, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Site or its Content;
- Frame or mirror any part of the Site; or
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Automated access: You must not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to harvest data or Content from the Site without explicit permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to the Operator. Any personal information you provide via the Site, including during Account registration or when contacting [email protected], is processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy as published and updated on twoup-au.com from time to time.
- Privacy Policy reference: By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.
- Data handling: The Operator will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
- Third-party links: If you follow links from Two Up to Third-Party Operators (for example, Blue Media N.V. or other offshore casinos), those sites have their own privacy policies and data practices, for which the Operator is not responsible.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law (including Australian gambling and consumer law), regulatory guidance, industry practice, or Site functionality.
Notification of Updates
- Methods of notice: Material changes to these Terms may be communicated by:
- Posting an updated version of the Terms on twoup-au.com with a revised "effective date"; and/or
- Displaying a prominent notice (for example, a banner) on the Site; and/or
- Sending an email to the address associated with your Account, where applicable.
- Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms become effective on the date indicated at the top of the document and will apply to your use of the Site from that date forward.
User Options in Case of Disagreement
- Discontinuation of use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately and, if you have an Account, you may request closure by contacting [email protected].
- Continued use as acceptance: Your continued access or use of the Site after the updated Terms become effective will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Termination & Suspension
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to any Account-related features, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without liability.
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
- Breach of Terms: Violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation (including the IGA, where relevant).
- Abuse or misuse: Use of the Site in a manner that:
- Harasses, abuses, or harms other users or the Operator;
- Involves spamming, scraping, or unauthorised data collection; or
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Security or technical reasons: Activity that may compromise Site security, stability, or integrity.
Procedure and Consequences
- Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will provide you with notice of suspension or termination via email or on-site notification, specifying (where appropriate) the reasons for the action.
- Account data: On termination, your Account (if any) may be deactivated and associated data may be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- No funds held: Because the Site does not hold your gambling funds, suspension or termination of your Site Account does not directly affect any funds held by Third-Party Operators. You must contact them separately for any issues regarding their services.
- Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Jurisdiction) will continue to apply.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified by the Operator on twoup-au.com from time to time. In the absence of such specification, the following applies.

- Primary law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia to the extent that they mandatorily apply to Users located in Australia, particularly in respect of non-excludable statutory rights and consumer protections.
- Conflict of laws: To the extent permitted, any choice or conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction are excluded.
- Regulatory note: References on the Site to Curacao eGaming licence number 365/JAZ and Blue Media N.V. are descriptive only. Such offshore authorisations do not constitute licensing or approval under Australian law and provide limited or no recourse to Australian players.
Dispute Resolution
- Initial contact: If you have a complaint regarding the Site, you should first contact the Operator at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Courts: Subject to any mandatory provisions of Australian law, you and the Operator agree that the courts of the jurisdiction specified on twoup-au.com (or, if not specified, the competent courts in Australia) will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
- Third-party disputes: Any disputes between you and a Third-Party Operator (including Blue Media N.V. or any operator claiming Curacao licence 365/JAZ) must be resolved directly with that operator and/or its regulator. The Operator of this Site is not a party to such disputes.
